Any bag of triple washed salad may be use after a thorough Chazakah Check using the following procedure.
Take three handfuls of salad from the bag.
Check the leaves for bugs under a light or a light box. (Light boxes are available for purchase at the B’nai gift shop)
If no bugs are found the entire bag may be used without further inspection.
If a bug is found, the bag must be discarded.
